We have been providing quality car care since 1981. We dedicate ourselves to keeping up with today's latest automotive technology so we can better service our customers. Customer service is a major part of why our customers use us for their vehicle needs. We take time to explain to each of our customers what their car needs are and the services that will be taking place. We are a NAPA Auto Care Center and provide national benefits along with our personal care.
Because Guaranteed Auto Service is a certified NAPA Auto Care Center, it enables us to provide the benefits of an established national entity, while maintaining the personal touch of a family owned & operated business. We at Guaranteed Auto open our doors each day with the understanding that your vehicle is a major investment, which is why we care for each customer's vehicle as if it were our own.
Great News – Great Awards
Guaranteed Auto recently received the "BLUE SEAL OF EXCELLENCE" award from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). ASE was established in 1972 to improve the quality of automotive repair and service through education and certification. It helps the consumer by identifying qualified repair facilities employing knowledgeable technicians. Individuals are tested and earn certification. The BLUE SEAL takes it a step further by recognizing businesses that have over 75% of employees certified and also having someone certified in each service area. Guaranteed Auto received the "BLUE SEAL OF EXCELLENCE" in September. We are the only shop in Newport News and Hampton to have this honor.

Chuck has been with Guaranteed Auto for Seven years.
Chuck has always loved numbers and has over twenty years of Inventory management experience.
He also handles the Company's Accounts Payables, D.M.V. processing and Group Health coverage for Guaranteed Auto.

Taz is a State Inspector, and has over 35 years of experience and has been with Guaranteed Auto for more than 21 years.
